The A.T. Clayton sales force is both experienced and skilled. They have to be, as we offer a strategic approach to our customers, providing long term plans that address all aspects of paper supply, conversion and distribution. Our account representatives address issues far beyond price, though they are well versed in market cost and trends and have relationships with all of the major mills. They do not regard their responsibilities to have concluded when a customer's business has been secured, however. Using the tactical abilities of our customer service group to monitor every step of their orders; the reports and projects from our research and analysis group to advise clients for informed decision making; and their own knowledge and skills, they continue to serve our customers well. This, in turn, allows each of our customers to focus their resources on what they do best.
