Our customers are assured that we are planning for and monitoring every contingency, keeping an accurate order history and an open line to the mills and printers, while providing as much communication with our clients as their comfort level dictates. Our goal is to allow our customers to concentrate their energies in focusing on their primary concern, the core of their business, while we manage the medium by which they communicate their message, printed paper.

The criterion defining the source of the product is only what is in the customer's benefit. Our sales force and account managers analyze product specifications, production parameters and schedules, long-term price planning and mill/printer proximity to offer our customers much more than a simple "snapshot cost quote" for guidance in critical procurement decision making. After the order is placed, however, we consider that our job has just begun. We track shipments, generate invoicing, monitor quality, handle claims, review consumption and waste and provide an order history, all by means of a web based paper management communication system that is PapiNet compliant. This serves to integrate all of the partners in the supply chain, step by step, from beginning to end. Most significantly, our customers have the time and attention of our experienced representatives.
